The network includes more than 30 ambulatory clinics featuring primary care Express Clinics and imaging and diagnostic services.ResponsibilitiesImplements and coordinates patient care and support services throughout the organization, resource for transfer center in coordinating admissions/transfers and transfers to/from other facilities.Responsible for assigning or assisting nursing management in scheduling. Has no formal lines of authority over other departments but supervises all nursing and clerical staff on each shift and maybe called upon to perform supervisory tasks for other departments when they are closed. Supervises,onboards, and schedules patient companions.
