Housing Maintenance Technician

Our housing maintenance technician provides maintenance for employee housing while ensuring compliance with state rules and regulations.You will:1. Inspect multiple housing units following a comprehensive facility maintenance checklist; perform preventative maintenance repairs2. Respond to maintenance work orders; troubleshoot and perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing services3. Collaborate with tenants to review and resolve open maintenance issues4. Maintain communication with dispatch; report steps taken for work order resolution5. Respond to corporate project requests; resolve issues and report findings to supervisors6. Communicate with multiple teams and management on a weekly or monthly basis to ensure compliance and consistency regarding housing projects7. Advise managers of maintenance concerns and ensure creation of work order requests8. Utilize various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests9. Participate in company sponsored safety training classes10. Maintain own technical knowledge on all equipment within area of responsibility11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
