Job DescriptionManage recruiting process:Work with recruitment function/HRBP/Managers to create job descriptionsAssist hiring managers with coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews. Gather interview feedback, facilitate the hiring decision-making process working with recruitment function/HRBP/Managers. Assist with Training and Development:Coordinate and schedule new hire training and ongoing training for key functions of the business.Assist with the training compliance of company policies and procedures, maintaining required training documentation, participating in process improvement meetingsAssist with development and delivery of training materialsAssist with HR Administration duties:File and maintain company benefits records, enrollments, documents, and vendor invoicesRespond to employee inquiries, research, and troubleshoot problems with benefits and enrollmentsMaintain employee records relevant to benefits elections, status changes, and terminationsPrepare miscellaneous correspondence, reports, and complete other daily responsibilities as directed by HR Manager Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/ per year
