As Business Analyst – HR & Payroll you will be joining the Information Technology (IT) group working closely with our Human Capital group, including Human Resources (HR), Benefits and Payroll as a trusted advisor and partner. This is a hybrid role that combines functional/process understanding, analytical & technical skills, project management and creative problem solving. This role will support resource planning, drive prioritization processes and assist cross-functional project initiatives.Additional Responsibilities Act as the first point-of-contact for our HR team into ITBe the go-to person for users with system related concerns and questionsBuild strong cross-functional working relationships with HR and within IT to drive alignmentAnalyze current or potential business processes and review existing information systems to identify opportunities for improvement that best meet the business requirementsSupport the HR team in the review of current business processes to determine where automation can drive efficiencyAssess current HR-related technology solutions and areas for improvement based on current and future release plans for each ERP vendor.
