Description We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Midland, Texas. The primary function of this role is to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization. This position offers a unique contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for various positions such as clerical, clinical, technical, administrative, and management roles. Utilize interviewing techniques and knowledge of the organization's functions to determine the suitability of applicants for employment. Refer suitable applicants to department hiring managers for further interviews. Handle job offers, including determining pay rates and benefit packages, and complete the onboarding process. Request background checks and pre-employment assessments as part of the onboarding process. Maintain professional and thorough communication with candidates throughout the recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes. Attend Job Fairs and Community Education Facilities to attract qualified candidates. Strategically place ads and use resources wisely to source potential candidates proactively. Maintain active job requisitions, including postings and upkeep of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedule interviews and travel arrangements as needed. Utilize computer proficiency skills, particularly Microsoft Office, to manage recruitment processes and maintain efficient time management. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar position Proficiency in using Careerbuilder, CRM, and Applicant Track System for recruitment processes Experience with Full Cycle Recruiting and Corporate Recruiting Knowledge of Recruiting Activities, Recruiting Functions, and Recruiting Processes Familiarity with Recruitment - High Volume, Recruitment - Sourcing, and Recruitment - Technical Proven track record in executing Background Checks and managing Benefit Functions Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment strategies.
