- 3-5+ years with any Enterprise HCM software
- Experience with the modules of Benefits, Compensation, Attendance, Payroll, Performance, & Reporting.
- Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, and charts) along with strong presentation and technical skills.
