POSITION SUMMARY : The Temporary HRIS Analyst serves as an enabler of technology to implement WorkDay and ensure back end administration functions are working as expected. This position provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resource back end administrators regarding the WorkDay application, including but not limited to integrations, reporting, and data conversion ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : The individual occupying this position must be able to perform essential job functions set forth below with or without reasonable accommodation. Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Designs and develops both API and flat file feed integrations for the WorkDay implementation
  • Lead the data conversion efforts including taking legacy data, populating the data conversion workbooks, and testing to ensure all uploaded correctly
  • Assist in report & dashboard development for the implementation
  • Help maintain data integrity by running reports, analyzing data, and providing guidance to key business partners to keep the legacy data clean during the implementation
  • Provide any and all testing support for integrations, data conversion, reporting, and any additional functional testing needed
  • Assist as needed in configuring any of the following modules in Workday: ATS, CoreHCM, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, LMS, & Prism
  • All other duties as needed or required.
  • Job Requirements :
    • Must have experience in configuring & building API and flat file integrations in WorkDay
    • Must have experience with WorkDay Studio
    • Must have experience in converting legacy data to WorkDay, WorkDay implementations, and testing
    • Must have experience in building custom reports and dashboard in Workday
  • A plus would be experience in configuring any of the following modules in WorkDay: ATS, CoreHCM, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, Payroll, LMS, & Prism
    • Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
    • Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other Team Members
    • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other Team Members
    • Multi-task and prioritize workload
    • Work within the appropriate level of independence
    • Function in a fast-paced environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of WorkDay experience configuring and building integrations and reporting.
  • Skills
    • Strong knowledge of WorkDay Studio
    • Knowledge of building custom reports and dashboards in WorkDay
    • Experience in data conversion to WorkDay
  • Must be available to work extended work days/weeks as needed to meet project deliverables.
