As Tyler Technologies (a leading software company dedicated to the public sector) grows to 6000+ employees, we are expanding our HRIS application administration team. The HRIS Integrations Analyst will function as a system administrator and the primary integration developer for our HRIS applications. They will be responsible for configuration, administration, customization, testing, and updates. The role is responsible for leveraging HR application functionality, ensuring best practice business process/workflows, application dependencies, integrations, reporting and analytics. This position plays an integral part in administering the environment for applications that affect all Tyler Technologies employees.

- Collaborate with functional users to define test criteria, perform unit and integrated system testing to make sure new or existing business processes have no negative impact on related integrations.
- Design, build, test, and deploy HRIS integrations, reports, calculated fields, and other system configurations for UKG Pro and related applications.
- Support the design, implementation, integration, and administration of Tyler Technologies corporate HR applications including, but not limited to: UKG Pro, Cornerstone, Jobvite, and associated applications
- Serve as primary contact on integration files between UKG Pro and outside vendors that include solving existing issues with integrated systems, scheduling, and debugging file transfer failures or data issues
- Assist in scoping out projects and define technical specs; work with functional users to gain shared understandings of integration impact on business processes
- Develop integrations focused on data quality, integrity, and process improvement.
- Act as Tier 2 Support for HRIS questions submitted to Tyler's Helpdesk
- Plan for and installs application updates, security fixes, and related patches during off-peak time as required and maintain associated test environments
- Work closely with IT and HR teams to gather requirements, make configuration changes, and customize the application to meet business needs
- Resolve (diagnose, track, and manage) timely resolution of integration issues related to data, data transformation, data processing, and/or security with appropriate partner engagement
- Responsible for data and application integrations with ancillary systems
- Create and assign custom security roles to application users
- Provide best practice recommendations for application systems and ensures customizations are consistent and well-integrated with existing application architectures
- Serve in a liaison role between application technology vendors, internal IS groups, and end users to research and evaluate technology, products, and solutions as needed
- Responsible for HRIS documentation for change control purposes and knowledge transfer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years System/Application Administration experience
- 3+ years experience with HRIS systems integrations, UKG (Ultipro)/Kronos preferred
- UKG Configuration Experience
- Broad technical and functional knowledge on data integrations/interfaces with various 3rd party vendors.
- REST and SOAP APIs, XML/XSLT, Web Services, SFTP
- Working knowledge of Integration technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Power Automate, Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), or Dell Boomi preferred.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or equivalent report building application is preferred
- Cognos Reports As A Service (RAAS) experience
- Prior experience supporting HRIS with global scope is desired
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to debug complex studio integrations and help with break-fix
- Able to find root causes of problems and quickly determine efficient solutions; Anticipate and mitigate risks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to pay attention to details and is result driven
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and tasks with strong organizational skills to deliver quality results on time.
