Home Office 15601 N Dallas Parkway, Suite 200, Addison, TX 75001The HRIS Manager will lead the HRIS team to implement and maintain WorkDay to ensure back end administration functions are working as expected. This position provides functional and technical expertise to Human Resource back end administrators regarding the WorkDay application, including but not limited to Workday's ATS, CoreHCM, benefits, absence, time & attendance, payroll, LMS, & reporting.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Leads the team in designing and configuring in WorkDay's ATS, CoreHCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, & LMS
- Lead the HRIS team that implements Workday and then maintains the system after go live
- Ensures proper rigor in the lifecycle of implementing new functionality
- Ensures that thorough testing is performed for any functional changes in the Workday system
- Build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to provide guidance on needed changes
- All other duties as needed or required
- Must have experience in configuring in WorkDay's ATS, CoreHCM, Benefits, Absence, Time & Attendance, Payroll, LMS, & Reporting
- Must have experience with creating calculated fields & condition rules in Workday
- Must have experience in designing, configuring, testing, and deploying changes in WorkDay
- Must have experience in building custom reports and dashboard in Workday
- Must have experience in leading small and wide sweeping initiatives
- A plus would be experience in building integrations both API and flat file feeds in WorkDay
- Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
- Read and interpret documents and instructions from customers, vendors, and other Team Members
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other Team Members
- Multi-task and prioritize workload
- Work within the appropriate level of independence
- Function in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of WorkDay experience
- 3-5 years leading an HRIS team
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Strong knowledge of WorkDay configuration in ATS, CoreHCM, benefits, absence, time and attendance, payroll and LMS
- Knowledge of building custom reports and dashboards in WorkDay
- Experience in leading an HRIS team and implementing initiatives
