Description The Human Resources Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.

Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal data, job positions, and benefits information.

HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, organizing meetings, and preparing HR-related documents and reports.

Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, assisting with audits and HR-related investigations as needed.

Employee Relations: Support HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction, such as organizing employee events and assisting with communication efforts.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or databases.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
