Description We are in the process of recruiting a proficient Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client based in Frisco, Texas. This role involves fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment and partnering with business leaders to enhance workforce performance. The Human Resources Business Partnerr will be responsible for supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees, and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Responsibilities: Work closely with department leaders to gauge and foresee needs related to Human Resources. Facilitate and advocate HR programs including performance management, engagement surveys, and succession planning. Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, projects, and policies that accommodate diverse workforce needs. Manage employee relations and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning. Support full-cycle recruitment process from job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience. Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, including leading recruitment campaigns and improving employer branding.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Professional certification in Human Resources (preferred) 5+ years experience as an HRBP Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Understanding of Compliance laws and regulations related to HR Excellent abilities in managing Employee Relations Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership abilities and team management skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentialityRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
