If you are passionate about Human Resources and eager to be a pivotal part of a team where your ideas don't just matter, but are put into action, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.As an HR Generalist, your main role will be to provide tactical, hands-on support to the Human Resources Manager in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR legal compliance.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment efforts and facilitate the hiring process.

Handle benefit administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and conducting benefits explanations for employees.

Manage HR compliance initiatives and conduct HR audits to ensure legal compliances.

Support management in performance management processes and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.

Handle employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training.

Create, implement, and revise company policies as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a generalist role handling various HR daily operations.

Proven understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.

Exceptional knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and confidential materials with professionalism.
