ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervises the day-to-day administration of personnel policies and practices at assigned location.

Recommends program changes or enhancements to meet human resource requirements.

Assists with the preparation of separation notices for employees separating with cause and may conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.

May represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Partners with management to advice and counsel on employeel issues.

Provides facility supervision on employee relations matters including: investigation, resolving conflict, and communications in regards to employee questions, issues, or concerns.

Ensures regulatory compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, etc. Stays current on recent federal, state and case law changes and monitors labor law updates for changes that affect HR.

Performs other duties as assigned

EDUCATION: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; however, additional related work experience will be considered in lieu of the education requirement.EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in HR.Must be able to work additional hours/weekends as needed.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for Visa sponsorship now or in the future.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled
