Husband/wife team needed

Looking for couple to manage a ballroom/ event center. Part time.

Couple would be responsible for bookings, showings, opening and closing , set up Tables and chairs, clean up and maintenance, indoor and out.

Weekends primarily, Friday, Saturday and Sunday bookings; possibly some during the week. Late night closings on weekends.

Could work from home to answer phone and set appointments for viewing . No office hours to begin with; duties could evolve into full time . Location is near Irving and Hwy 183.

Minimal pay to begin with, but good commissions on bookings to make good money . Commission incentives to market and book. 1099 contract labor only.

Possibility for Hispanic couple who could market business towards Quinceneras and 3 year olds celebrations and weddings or family reunions.

Must be established family, provide references, and work track record.

Church and pastoral referenced taken into consideration.

Non- smoker, non- drinking .

Drug test and back ground check required . Two months before opening . Must be good with people; some sales ability helpful and some business acumen helpful .
