HVAC Installer

We are looking for a HVAC installer who will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and light-commercial properties. You will be the face of Walker to contractors, delivering best-in-class service, building trust, and adding value every step of the way.

We take learning and development seriously - if you have a couple of years of experience or if you’ve never done HVAC work before, this role could be the right fit for you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience level and relevant work experience

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week, overtime eligible

Duties

Assist in the installation of new and replacement HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Collaborate with experienced installers to develop skills in installing heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Work effectively with colleagues to complete projects in a timely manner.

Knowledge of/ability to learn equipment installation, ductwork installation, setting refrigerant lines, low voltage wiring, and condensate drain lines

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly handled.

Learn to interpret blueprints, codes, and manuals to ensure accurate and efficient installations.

Commit to ongoing learning and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Prefer existing HVAC experience, but open to all levels, including no HVAC experience

Prefer EPA certification or active TDLR registration

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history

Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
