HVAC new construction multifamily subcontractors needed

We are an established multifamily HVAC contractor looking for qualified subcontractors for new construction installation projects beginning early 2026. Currently looking for subs for 312 units in Sherman, 340 units in Anna, 140 unit hotel in Temple. We have many more projects in the pipeline for 2026 including Hotels and new construction multifamily apartment complexes in DFW. We provide each job with a project superintendent who will work closely with you. We pay our subs every 2 weeks. We provide onsite storage so access to material is quick and easy. Crew leader must be fluent in English. Minimum 6 man crew required to keep pace. If job moves fast you will be asked to provide more manpower to keep pace. You will be required to provide general liable insurance including workers compensation.
