This is residential HVAC. Income is made when customers buy—which means weekends, urgency, and discipline.

If you need guaranteed income, protected Fridays/Saturdays, fast bonuses, or early equity conversations, do not apply.

The Role

In-home residential HVAC sales

Mandatory Friday–Saturday noavailability

Variable income, especially in shoulder season

You control results through execution, not entitlement

Compensation (read carefully)

Up to 10% commission on collected revenue

Paid after install + funding

Weekly payouts

No upfront bonuses

No guaranteed income

Accelerators unlock only after performance benchmarks are met

Strong performers earn very well here. Weak performers do not last.

Equity (clarified)

Long-term upside may be available after 12+ months of proven results and leadership impact.

Equity is earned over time. Never promised. Never early.

This role is NOT for you if:
