Job description:Seeking an experienced, motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Compliance Analyst to support IT compliance program and ongoing testing. Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Information Security (Governance, Risk and Compliance), this position will play a key role in maintaining existing IT compliance operations and supporting ongoing IT governance initiatives. The IAM Compliance Analyst will execute and maintain existing User Access Review (UAR) control processes, associated quality assurance and review processes, and identify continual operational enhancements. The IAM Compliance Analyst will also operate at multiple levels within the organization participating in IT compliance projects/activities, risk assessments, SOX and SOC audit compliance. In addition, the IAM Compliance Analyst will work with IT and business groups to identify and recommend solutions to IT/IAM Compliance related issues and provide expertise surrounding a broad range of compliance duties.

Specific job responsibilities include:• Maintain operational controls and processes supporting user access reviews.• Actively identify and respond to IT compliance issues and incidents related to systems and workflow to ensure internal compliance controls are appropriate and operating as intended within the organization.• Perform reviews and complete audit documentation supporting IT general control activities.• Support remediation efforts for compliance activities related to IT SOX, SOC 1 / 2, and other compliance audits/assessments.• Collaborate with various teams for IT Compliance activities, as required.• Play a role in the development and ongoing delivery of IT IAM compliance and related training.• Evangelize compliance initiatives and engage with operations and development teams to ensure adherence to policy guidelines and compliance standards.

Skill Requirements• Experience performing regular User Access Reviews (UAR).• Experience with the operation of Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Azure, Okta, and Sailpoint.• Experience operating GRC and standalone UAR tools associated with IT risk/Compliance and IAM management.• Extensive knowledge and experience in utilizing and leveraging Excel including configuring pivot tables.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders across an organization and in delivering reports.• Impeccable attention to detail and organization skills.
