Job Responsibilities: Assist with creation and execution of an IAM projects that meets requirements including, but not limited to, security for hybrid Azure cloud environment, B2B web services, mobile computing, fine grained access control, policy driven security, Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged access management, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation servicesSupport the design and development of secure IAM solutions that adhere to applicable policies and comply with information security requirementsEffectively deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) services, including Authoritative Source, Identity Management, Provisioning, Authentication, Authorization, Monitoring and Certifications, and Auditing and Reporting

  • Leverage industry best practices and technologies to design and/or implement Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions for Azure cloud-based services and data-driven products.• Define and enforce policy and standards for access controls across multiple cloud environments.• Extensive experience with IAM in Cloud, Containerized and Big Data environments.• Strong knowledge of industry-leading IAM tools and integration patterns using SAML, OAuth.• Experience with Privileged Access Management and credential management tools like CyberArk• Scripting knowledge including bash, PowerShell, python etc.• Understanding/Knowledge of global frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, FIPS, GDPR, etc.• Strong working knowledge of DevSecOps tool chain• Manage identity lifecycle management processes using FIM/MIM.• Implementation and maintenance of Azure AD to provide SSO integration capabilities• Collaborate with Internal Infrastructure Teams to resolve escalated support issues.• Be self-directed, provide detailed estimates and work breakdown of typical activities leveraging an agile framework.• Take part in an after-hours, on-call support rotation and implement solutions, patching and deployment activities after hours as needed.• Maintain technical expertise in Microsoft and IAM technologies.• Establish and maintain effective relationships with Internal Infrastructure, Application and Business partners in order to understand needs, use, and systems to facilitate effective technology implementations.• Deep understanding of RBAC methodologies• Use proven expertise to assess current design and deployment of high performance and scalable identity management systems to ensure the security of our business.• Determine user requirements under prescribed guidance and establish the appropriate Security Controls necessary.• Collaborate closely with the various Security and Information Technology teams to ensure the enterprise is protected with IAM best practices.• Explore new secure identity technologies through testing, rating and reporting on various potential solutions, with the objective of recommending the best solution for the current environment.• Provide architectural direction for secure, enterprise-wide IAM technologies• Recent experience with the Microsoft identity stack including Enterprise Active Directory, as well as experience working with IAM in the Cloud, so Azure AD, AD Connect, Azure Identity Services are essential.• Create and maintain documented standards, processes and procedures, aligning to company culture, policy and best practices.• Create user guides and functional documentation as needed.• Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between Security, business, and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Ability to balance project work with day-to-day administrative tasks and troubleshooting in a highly dynamic business environment• Defines requirements for detailed security standards and configuration baselines.• Recommends security solutions based on knowledge of best practices• Coordinates with Corporate, Power Operations, Retail, Commercial application teams and infrastructure teams for implementation of secure architecture principles and standards• Ensures contracting processes are clearly defined and expected security and compliance measures are taken into account with services, hardware and cloud based contracts• Develops processes to integrate security architecture with change management and systems development (SDLC/IDL
