Based in Plano, Texas Client has rapidly transformed itself into a technology and mobility establishment and a leading provider of IT security, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, cloud workload, mobile security, data security, and security management in addition to threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services.Key responsibilities include: 1. Analyze spending for IDS and communicate financial standing to accounting and finance groups2. Act as liaison and primary contact to Business Units, helping them where needed for resource and financial information3. Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly planning processes, including budgets and forecasting4. Gather data from multiple sources to create various reports5. Assist managers in change management efforts related to organization, and short- and long-term strategic plans and goals6. Work within OCIO group to assist with resource management Reporting to the Senior Analyst, the person in this role will support the OCIO department's objective to support the CIO and IDS department in various financial and resource aspectsDay-to-day activities will include:1. Updating reports that are presented to the leadership team2. Conduct analysis to prioritize making recommendations toward solutions to achieve unit, division and corporate goals.3. Act as an advisor to the team, providing deep functional expertise in the work plan, standards, process, and procedures, and change management efforts4. Work on ad-hoc request from management Requested Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong aptitude in Excel and PowerPoint along with the Microsoft office suite, tools to interpret, condense, and communicate complex graphical and statistical information
  • Ability to effectively interface with all departments within Client, Customer, and IT
  • Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
  • High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and processes and apply it to business needs
