Immediate hire. Content Specialist. Master's Degree required

This is a full time, onsite role in Austin, TX (Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm Central).

Master's Degree required. $45,000 annually plus benefits. This is an entry-level role with room for growth.

Responsibilities Include:

Content and creative writing

Deliver timely, high quality project data and reports

Reviewing, tagging, and moderating generative AI and user-generated content to ensure it complies with our customer’s guidelines, quality requirements and policies

Communicate and participate in project forums

Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes

Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and help drive project improvements

Understand & apply project/stakeholder requirements

Able to adapt the swift changes to project policies
