Description Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Immigration Paralegal to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration law and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.Responsibilities:
Prepare and file immigration petitions, applications, and other legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and attorneys
Organize and maintain client files
Assist with case management and administrative tasks
Translate documents and communication between English and Spanish as needed.
Schedule appointments, court dates, and manage deadlines.
Prepare and submit filings with immigration courts and agencies.
Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence and managing office tasks.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification
Strong proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, procedures, and forms.
