Implementation Consultant

Our large Public Accounting client is seeing a Technology & Transformation Sr. Associate to assist their enterprise client with an Infor CloudSuite HCM Implementation. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity that may extend.100% REMOTEDescription:We are seeking an HCM Consultant with extensive experience in Infor Global HR, specifically in Absence and Benefits modules (Payroll experience a plus). This role is responsible for leading and supporting full cycle implementations of Global HR including business needs analysis, requirements gathering, system design and configuration, conversions, end-user training and post live support.Responsibilities:

• Act as lead consultant in design, configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation and Succession Management. Payroll experience is a plus.
• 5+ years' experience working with Lawson Global HR and Lawson's Landmark HCM modules
• Experience working in Healthcare environments
• Experience with business process validation, system configuration, data conversions and migrations, system customization, testing, cutover planning & execution, go-live and end user support.
