Role: Informatica / IICS Tech Lead Location: Westlake, Tx Fulltime Who are we looking for? Informatica 10.4.x / IICS / PL SQL / shell scripting Technical Skills: Mandatory Skills:
- IICS Experience in defect debugging and resolving ( 8/10)
- ETL development using Informatica Power Center for defect fixes (8/10)
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience (7/10)
- Experience in Unix (6/10)
- Provide strategic recommendations for Data integration tools and Informatica roadmap including tool specific features and options, expected to explore all aspects.
- Migration experience is plus
- Make decisions on Informatica Architecture, addition of other tools and technologies to solve on premise and cloud data integration needs. Responsible for keeping up with tool specific features and options and acquire deep understanding.
- Coordinate with Informatica support for patches and bug fix
- Work with different tracks for enterprise applications
- Tuning of Informatica objects and environment.
- Understand complex Informatica maps, workflow, and session log, and participate in configuring and tuning of respective objects to meet the performance and recovery objectives.
- Manage and lead offsite and onsite team members.
- Participate in off-hours support activities as needed.
- ETL development using Informatica Power Center and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
- Designed, Developed, and Implemented ETL processes using IICS Data integration
- Hands on development experience in ETL IICS Proficient in Data migration technique Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming experience
- Knowledge in Unix is important Experience in Data Warehouse
- Good communication skills and should be self-sufficient to collaborate with project teams.
- Very strong in applying workflow design patterns and practices.
- Migration to cloud experience is plus
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stake holders.
- Very good experience in Dev and Test-Driven Development.
- Team player rather than an individual contributor
- At least 3 years of experience including;
- Able to work in Scrum model at offshore
- able to work directly with customer stakeholders
- able to communicate clearly in oral and writing
- identify risks, plan mitigation
- escalate on time to customers and leaders
- good in prioritizing work and time management
- good problem solving skills, able to think out of the box
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Data ware housing
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
