Description:Job Overview:The Analyst is responsible for handling to closure any escalations from partners and clients, ensuring that they are given the appropriate attention and resolution, ensuring we are "The Best for Our Clients”. Will assist the Management and Senior Analyst in collaboration and work efforts across the organization to ensure consistent quality and standards of operation.Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and maintain daily BAU Volume• Work with the management team in achieving established goals for the overall organization• Utilize Microsoft applications for creating and maintaining basic files• Provide core customer service support for assigned applications and systems• Initiate process changes and improvements that increase operating efficiency based on the Lean methodology• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Major Global Bankgroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience• 0-2 years of relevant experience either in an Information Security Administration environment or related field with customer service in a similar environment• Bilingual: English and Spanish• Certifications preferred• Customer centric mindset and passionate about delivering high quality customer experiences.• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication• Proven analytical skillsThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
