Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 15 years of Infra and EUC experience in managing complex accounts
- Managing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including desktop support, software deployment, network connectivity, and other related services.
- Extensive understanding of Filed services, infra services, Asset management, tools like Nexthink, SCCM, ServiceNow.
- Ensuring that IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and that service levels are met or exceeded.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, and vendors.
- Developing and implementing IT service delivery strategies and plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics, such as uptime, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- Managing service requests and incidents, and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Managing vendor relationships and contracts, and ensuring that vendor services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements.
- Developing and managing budgets for IT service delivery, and ensuring that expenses are within budgetary limits.
- Managing the delivery of IT infrastructure services to end-users, including servers, storage, network devices, and other related technologies.
- Ensuring that IT infrastructure services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and that service levels are met or exceeded.
