Offers of Employment are contingent on a successful background check Allied Consultants is an equal opportunities employer.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Coordinate required stakeholders and tech leads to attend major incidents
- Manage technical and management calls for priority incidents
- Escalate incidents with third-party vendors
- Manage the process for troubleshooting, implementation of solutions, and ultimately resolving major incidents to stakeholder satisfaction
- Oversee and provide feedback on incident management process and SLAs
- Research Root Cause Analysis for Problem tickets
- Provide backup for Data Center Service Coordinator
