Our oil & gas client is looking for IT assistance with their computer systems and networksDescription:MAIN FUNCTIONS-Performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical duties in the operation of enterprise, client/server and desktop computer systems and networks.-Analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.-Configures and installs computer hardware and software. -Manages inventory control of IT equipment and supplies. -Upgrades hardware and software components. -Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking. -Monitors and collects data on system performance. -Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.Skills:Windows Server, Cisco Route/Switch, Windows O/S, Cabling, Rack & Stack, NOC, Active Directory, VMwareTop Skills Details:Windows Server, Cisco Route/Switch, Windows O/S, Cabling, Rack & Stack, NOCAdditional Skills & Qualifications:SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS-Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, software and network communication protocols. -Excellent communication and customer service skills.Computer lab support.
