Requirements:
Excellent and proven English speaking skills on the phone.
Excellent and proven English writing skills.
Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Type 50+ words per minute.
Customer Outreach & Sales Support
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, promotions, and services.
Handle inbound sales calls and respond to inquiries about pricing, product specifications, and availability.
Engage with customers via emails, providing detailed information, product recommendations, and follow-ups.
Convert leads into sales by effectively understanding customer needs and addressing their concerns.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
Maintain an organized database of customer inquiries and sales prospects.
Conduct timely follow-ups via calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.
Provide customized sales proposals and quotes based on customer needs.
Track and document all customer interactions using a CRM system.
