Summary: Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers. Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided) Managing leads by tracking and following up on them Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics Fully remote but must be willing to drive to Sunrise, FLSecond week will be three days in office for systems navigation and equipment set up In Sunrise or closer to Miami if needed$17/hr months 1-2 Months 3-6 pay rate will drop down to $15 an hour with the opportunity to make commission of $15 per approved sale. 2-3 sales daily is the goal About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
