Based in our Stafford, TX location, this role will lead, plan, coordinate, administer, and direct the activities of all inspection, QA documentation and Documentation team in assuring that our products and services are in conformance with all Procedures, Code and Customer requirements.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Analyze data to assess the efficiency of inspection personnel and ensure compliance with quality standards, national/international codes, and safety regulations.

Collaborate with the Quality Manager to set quality objectives, optimize product quality, and ensure efficient reliability.

Support internal/external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented to maintain certifications.

Implement Continuous Improvement initiatives and coordinate the Calibration program for the facility.

Lead all aspects of Inspector training and certification programs, ensuring personnel meet vital qualifications and perform tasks effectively.

Direct Inspection and Test activities, handle corrective actions for customer/internal complaints, and maintain a safe work environment for the Inspection team.

You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You take personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and failures. You ask the right questions to accurately analyze situations.For This Role, You Will Need:

BS degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering

5 or more years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing

Working knowledge in Valves – Castings, Component Machining, assembly & test, trouble shooting

Experience with power industry standards ASME Codes, ANSI, ASTM, military specifications and other material and welding standards.

Proficient in ISO/PED standards with proven understanding on NDE

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and hands on experience in inspection

Proficient in use of all general Measuring & Test equipment
