Description:In this role, you will drive the instructional and curriculum design, content management and go-to-market of external global training products. This team’s mission is to provide learners with the skills they need to have app and game success. Our team is looking for someone with a proven track record of managing, developing, and delivering training content and certification programs for technical and business audiences. This includes the instructional design, development, and deployment of external training in scaled modalities (e-learning, video, blended, community-based).

Responsibilities:- Design and develop a range of learning experiences including instructional videos, e-learning courseware, instructor-led training, and multimedia learning assets used for an external mobile apps learning audience- Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations and create training video production project plans- Design, develop and implement training programs that will increase app and games growth, policy compliance- Build self-check knowledge quizzes and related formative and summative exams- Perform ongoing analysis of vendor performance and new product launches to ensure existing training content remains fresh, relevant, and top of mind for users- Collect and analyze data to measure training quality and effectiveness- Develop detailed reports and communicate with key stakeholders, including senior managers. Assist and execute with external course go-to-market activities including social media assets, email campaigns of learning path launch etc.

Skill/Experience/Education:Mandatory:BS in a business, instructional design, organizational communication (in lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant work experience)3 years of technical training content and curriculum development; hands-on certification program management in software or internet industry.

Desired:Demonstrated ability to modify program(s) based on the changing needs throughout the business growth.Strong background in and working knowledge of mobile apps and games growth area, including Console.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple audiences and levels, both internally and externally.Proven ability to think outside the box.Strong project and time management skills.Extreme ability to adapt to ambiguity and change.Team player/self-starter with the ability to analyze tasks, work independently and to drive projects to completion.Desire to work in a fast-paced delivery focused environment.Excellent oral and written communications skills.Regional and cultural factors are considered and incorporated into the training design and deployment.Experience with Learning Management Systems (eg. Intellum ExceedLMS) and Rapid Learning Video Development Tools (PlayPlay)
