Description: This position is for the Aeronautics 1LMX Program Planning & Integration (PP&I) team and will report to the Aeronautics 1LMX PPI Manager as part of the Central PPI team. This role is responsible for Program Planning on the 1LMX Program inclusive of cross Enterprise project management coordination.Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules in Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) and working in schedules in Microsoft Project. Candidate will also integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control. This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.Primary tools used:a. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
