Position DescriptionSeeking a highly experienced leader for the role of Integrations Solution Lead to deliver on complex solutions required to enable solution supporting both legacy systems and modernization. You will lead, educate, and facilitate a project team towards multi-faceted goals and objectives. To succeed in this role, you will need to communicate effectively with your team, other leaders and the client’s leadership as well as ensure the highest quality development work for the solution. Experience leading virtual teams is an asset in this position.

Your future duties and responsibilities• High capacity in driving forward enabler technologies including legacy systems and modern updates• Possesses expert leadership for technical and non-technical resources and the ability to coach team members towards overall goals• Promotes exceptional work product and emphasizes quality at all levels of development process• Manages a matrixed, fully remote project team• Provides day-to-day project leadership using Agile/Scrum methodologies• Brings solid professional presence in all environments• Proactively identifies risks and blockers• Identifies and escalates issues to project leadership• Develops risk mitigation strategies with project leadership• Develops and maintains excellent client relationships• Helps remove impediments to progress, facilitates meetings, and keeps the team focused on deliverable goals• Drives successful project completion in varied, complex situations despite challenges• Manages project scope per the Statement of Work and Contract• Visions and produces appropriate business solutions• Stewards CLIENT reputation and drives new business opportunities• Creates collaborative environment to drive client success across CLIENT business unit• Develops, creates, and conducts training to internal and client teams• Mentors team members at all levels• Creates and delivers presentations to internal teams as well as the client• Conducts facilitated working sessions with client and internal personnel• Motivates CLIENT members and subcontractors by driving career opportunities• Works on-site at Austin-based client location if needed (currently 100% remote approved)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role• Demonstrated successful mainframe and/or application modernization project delivery experience• Ability to manage and execute under tight deadlines• Excellent communication and facilitation skills• Ability to lead team in Agile Ceremonies (Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)• 10+ years of experience in similar roles on large scale transformation projects (state, region, county and/or global level)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s degree or higher• Public Sector (State and Local Government) consulting experience is preferred
