Interim Financial Reporting Manager (contract)

Description We are in the healthcare industry, based in Dallas, Texas, and we are seeking an interim Financial Reporting Manager for a short-term contract role. This role is integral to our team, with the primary function of acting as an interim financial reporting manager, overseeing a team of accountants, and assisting our healthcare clients with their accounting needs. This is a 2-3 month contract position. Hybrid work schedule ( 3 days in the office after training) in Dallas, TX 75206.Interim Financial Reporting Manager with experience with PeopleSoft nVision reporting module (contract):Responsibilities: Oversee a team of senior corporate accountants Assist healthcare clients with multi-location month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet Produce financial statements for clients Ensure adherence to US GAAP in all accounting activities Utilize PeopleSoft; must have experience with PeopleSoft nVision module Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Ensure accurate account reconciliation and balance sheet account reconciliation Manage prepaid accounts, assets, and expenses effectively Leverage experience in the healthcare industry to provide tailored accounting support Utilize experience in managing multi-unit, multi-location businesses to provide comprehensive accounting support.Requirements Must have experience with PeopleSoft nVision moduleProven experience as an Accounting Manager in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industryProficiency in US GAAPExperience with Consolidated Financial StatementsKnowledge of the HealthCare industryExperience working with SubsidiariesProficiency in PeopleSoft ERP and nVision module in PeopleSoftExperience with Month End Close and Journal EntriesBachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or FinanceProfessional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
