Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; may change based on service needsPosition OverviewInternational SOS Government Services is seeking an Interventional Radiologist Physician to support Imaging Services at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System. This position provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services, ensures timely reporting and communication of results, supports imaging patient safety, and helps educate radiology residents.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide diagnostic and interventional radiology services across Imaging Services.Interpret imaging studies and document results in the digital medical record.Communicate critical findings verbally when required.Use advanced PACS and voice recognition systems.Provide consultations and comparative reports for referring providers.Participate in clinical conferences, committees, and interdisciplinary discussions.Oversee patient safety, including contrast administration and response to adverse reactions.Review imaging requests, protocols, preparations, and related medication orders.Train, supervise, and mentor radiology residents in procedures and interpretation.Provide education to medical staff through conferences, committees, and lectures.Participate in quality control, quality management, peer review, and special projects.
