Description We are searching for a meticulous Inventory Analyst to join our team in Savoy, Texas. The chosen candidate will play a key role in our operations by managing and maintaining our inventory records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage inventory based on our ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning system. Accurately process customer credit applications and keep track of customer account activities. Utilize skills in IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine systems to enhance inventory management processes. Implement auditing and collection processes to ensure inventory accuracy and efficiency. Use 'About Time' software for efficient time and project management. Ensure safety measures are adhered to, including the use of hard hats, vests, and steel-toed boots. Provide customer service by resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with various teams and stakeholders regarding inventory status and updates. Actively participate in morning huddles and safety training sessions. Manage and maintain accurate records of all materials and their quantities based on aerial images and pictures provided. Requirements Proficiency in Epic Software is required Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is necessary Experience with IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine is desirable Knowledge of About Time software is beneficial Prior experience in Auditing and Collection Processes is a must Strong Communication skills are essential Exceptional Customer Service skills are expected Candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to use these skills in a practical, business environment.
