SUMMARYThis position will drive analyses on the ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) team and build scalable processes and systems that enable stakeholders to demonstrate data and act upon insights. This role is expected to leverage effective communication skills to translate complex analyses into understandable insights, with a passion to learn and develop. Responsibilities will include creating analytics, translating business questions to actionable insights, supporting ongoing analytical needs, designing new analytical tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.WHAT YOU'LL DO- Effectively identify and communicate analytical findings and trends to drive business changes that improve the customer experience and journey.
- Data validation, mining, and discovery.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide business leaders actionable insights as needed.
- Write SQL queries.
- Creation of reports utilizing Excel.
- Collaborate with the BI team to support reporting efforts for the ICQA team.
- Deep dive analytical findings to resolve system variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve known issues uncovered through research.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, or quantitative discipline preferred with 2+ years of professional experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence. 5 years of relevant professional experience in Lieu of preferred degree.
- Experience in inventory control or fulfillment centers a plus.
- Experience working with complex data in large corporate environment a plus.
- A self-starter mentality and ability to operate within a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Proficiency in SQL query building and report writing.
- Strong SQL knowledge including but not limited to; complex queries, CTEs, temp tables, stored procedures, cursors.
- Advanced in MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, charts, Power Query, index matches
