Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Midland, Texas. This role is centered around maintaining and analyzing inventory data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions and have a background in logistics and customer service.Responsibilities: Analyze inventory levels and product demands, implementing efficient inventory management techniques Utilize ERP Solutions such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and IBM AS/400 to manage inventory data Identify and address any discrepancies in inventory data, ensuring accurate record keeping Collaborate with logistics and customer service departments to optimize inventory processes Use your skills in accounting functions to assist in the financial aspects of inventory management Utilize JDA software for supply chain management and inventory control Leverage 'About Time' software to manage and track inventory time data Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any inventory-related inquiries or issues Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure inventory needs are met and any discrepancies are resolved promptly. Requirements Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Familiarity with IBM AS/400 and JDA systems Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and About Time software Understanding of Accounting Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to manage and resolve Discrepancies Knowledge of Logistics Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience Relevant certification is a plus.
