Investor for a Box Truck Company

Looking for an investor to start a new box truck business in Central or North Texas. The company would be set up as an LLC partnership with each owning fifty percent of the company. Initial cash investment will be small and used to pay for the MC authority application, vehicle repairs and maintenance and other start-up costs for a trucking company. The remaining investment costs can be paid monthly in six or twelve months. Below are the reasons that this is a great investment and why each partner can expect a monthly profit-sharing check of between $5,000 - $7,500 after six months in business or sooner.

1. I have over thirty years in the transportation industry and have previously owned and managed a successful company that used box trucks to pick up and deliver loads in Texas and the southern states.

2. In January through March of last year, I averaged over $26,000 in monthly revenue with total net profit of over $6,000 per truck.

3. Currently, there are three box trucks in my fleet, two of which were purchased outright and do not require monthly payments. I have two International trucks with lift gates and one Freightliner reefer truck. Only the Freightliner requires a CDL, the other trucks only require a class c license.

4. Each box truck is damage free and has been painted. Each truck is equipped with a pallet jack, e track, straps, blankets, 7-inch GPS monitor, load bars, toolbox, and fire extinguisher.

5. My former company is an approved carrier and booked loads for over fifty transportation and logistics companies. Previous work with these brokers guarantees we can book loads for the new company.

6. I am an expert on load boards and have used and trained other owners and operators on how to use DAT, Amazon Relay and Sylectus to book the most profitable loads for their fleet.

7. My goal for 2025 is to start a dispatching company that will book power only loads for owner operators using the same MC authority as the box truck business. Dispatching services charge between 12% - 20% per load and are very profitable due to a low cost to operate.

8. I only hire and use drivers who previously worked for and retired from my former employer. Each has over twenty years of driving experience and is a safe driver that takes care of the vehicles they are operating.

9. If the investor is also a driver and has a clean driving record, they will have the option of also running loads using any of my three trucks. This means they will receive a weekly check for the loads they pulled in addition to their monthly profit-sharing check. On average the drivers that previously worked for me made approximately $7,000 per week.

10. As an investor and partner you can decide what role you will have in managing the business. I am able and willing to manage the company with little to no help from a partner. I am also fine with someone who wants to learn the business and share the duties.
