Summary Responsible for the full software development life cycle management of projects. Responsible for the direction of technical and business resources in system support areas.Oversees and coordinates all aspects of the FFS Program at CDS.

This will be a remote position.This position requires travel to CMS Baltimore MD, Dallas, TX and Columbia, SC. Description •20% Mentor and coach management team on staff management, employee development, addressing performance issues, resource planning, and strategic objectives. Promote professional growth. Provide guidance and leadership in staff and resource management, team building and training to ensure organizational effectiveness.

•15% Actively participate in long-range strategic planning.

•15% Manage policy development to address complex business issues.

•20% Work with business unit managers and form alliances on projects, operational decisions, and scheduling requirements.

•10% Define and develop project management infrastructure.

•10% Manage a methodology driven quality plan.

•10% Monitor and control the quality of the deliverable, as well as manage the project completion process through customer acceptance.

What You'll Do:

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Client management for the FFS Program at CDS by facilitating agreements with partners and vendors to support the program.

Establish, monitor, and ensure compliance for contract deliverables, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other elements of the contract for the mutual benefit of the business relationships.

Establish organizational goals and plans to exceed customer expectations.

Foster positive working relationships with the customers, vendors, business partners, and internal support staff.

Evaluate and assess the programs' strengths and weaknesses.

Partner with Business Development, Executive Committees, and other groups to identify and capture business growth opportunities related to the program.

Strong understanding of CMS federal contracts and stakeholders

Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree - Any Major.(Equivalency not applicable for the Celerian Group. Bachelor's degree required.)

Required Work Experience:
  • 10+ years of job related IT experience.
  • 3 years of management experience OR 3 years equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above (may be concurrent).

Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Demonstrated flexibility for adapting to both changing business and client needs, and a changing technical environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge base in related area.
  • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent and effective communication, customer service and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information with understanding to a variety of audiences who have different levels of experience and knowledge.

We Prefer That You Have:
  • Knowledge of operational execution of CWF and DME workloads.

Microsoft Office.

Fast paced, multi-platformed environment which may require action and response 24X7 to support the technical business needs of the customer.
