I.T. & total command of the internet capability / hacker

Netflix has a show called El Dragon. It's in Spanish with English subtitles. There is a character named El Flaco in the series. If you are familiar with this character, this is the person I am looking for or one just like him

The future of all business no matter what they are selling is the internet!

I am looking for a person who has complete and total command of the internet. If I can think of it, then you can do it and make it happen. If my competitor is getting 100 clients a day off the internet then I want you to make this happen for me no matter how you are able to make it happen.

I don't want anything here to be misunderstood so if you think I might be talking about you then I would very much encourage you to come and see me in person right now!

I think that chances are that if you are the right person I may not be able to afford you but if that is the case then that will be good and no matter what you want, I will find a way to pay you more than you ever thought possible.

If you can build web sites and make the internet do anything I can think of then you are probably my guy.
