IT Business Process Automation and Integration Manager

IMMEDIATE NEW OPENING for an IT Business Process Automation and Integration Manager to join our client’s team at their HQs in Arlington, Texas. This is a hands-on Management role where you will be managing anywhere from 3-5 Technical Business Systems Analysts. You will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring the team as well as jumping in at the Sr. IT Systems Analyst level and assisting with workflow tools selections for automation. You will be responsible for learning new tools yearly. The individual should be self-motivated with a demonstrated aptitude for business-related technologies, a customer service mentality, and willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies. The Manager will work as a liaison between departments, IT teams, and third-party application providers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with technical business analyst and various business units to analyze processes to identify workflow automation opportunities.
  • Design, develop, implement workflows based on business unit needs for any workflow product.
  • Document and maintain workflow processes for various products.
  • Provide necessary training and support for employees on workflow processes.
  • Assists with the implementation and integration of business applications.
  • Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of business applications.
  • Provides support of business applications to staff.
  • Maintains relationship with vendors and works with vendor to address items related to the vendor products.
  • Establish and maintain project layouts for multiple projects at a time. This would include identifying milestones, phases, and elements of the projects.
  • Works along with the Application Support group and various business units to implement new system enhancements, patches, and releases.
  • Develop and maintain processes with the various business groups and applications.
  • Maintains solid working knowledge of the functionality of existing applications and systems.
  • Works to identify system processes and practices that are used that can be converted into workflow efficiencies.
  • Assists in creating and maintaining data reports.
  • Communicates effectively with vendors and applicable departments regarding scope of projects, project supplies, and billing.
  • Reviews vendor publications and release notes and determines appropriate distribution, implementation, testing and training requirements.
  • Maintains and provides follow-up support and troubleshooting services for new and existing applications with other vendors and/or other IT teams.
  • Works closely with members of the Application Support team, business stakeholders, functional users, and members of the IT team.
  • Takes ownership of application issues and recruits appropriate resources to facilitate resolution.
  • Provides support for migrations, updates, and fixes as needed.
  • Manages enhancement requests submitted by business units.
  • Monitors and maintains security administration in compliance with bank procedures.
  • Develops and maintains training material for new and existing applications as needed.
  • Performs duties in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintains the security and confidentiality of pertinent information and records.

Required Skills:
  • 10+ years’ Experience in Technology
  • 2+ years supervisory or management experience
  • Hands-on Integration experience
  • Hands-on Process Automation Experience
  • Experience with SOAP or REST APIs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce – highly preferred
  • Experience Jack Henry product knowledge including Enterprise Workflow – HUGE Plus!
  • Strong documentation skills and requirements gathering experience
  • level Business Systems Analyst/Technical Systems Analyst experience
  • Proficiency with data gathering, analysis and solution development.
  • Degree preferred
