IT Contract Manager

Neos is a leading Austin-based IT Staffing and Consulting firm. Neos was recognized as a one of the Best Places to Work in Austin by the Austin Business Journal. Neos is currently seeking an IT Contract Manager for a multi-year contract position with our client in Austin, Texas.

• Act as the subject matter expert overseeing Federal contract management activities and enforcing the federal principles of compliance and integrity.
• Conduct and manage contract strategy meetings, facilitate discussions, and seek stakeholder input on timelines and deliverables. Also, identify issues and requirements.
• Oversee contract and budget monitoring
• Perform expenditure reporting, voucher reporting, and processing in the Texas CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System).
• Ensure contracts and proposals are processed electronically and maintained
• Develop and execute strategies to minimize any losses and provide the best value for our client.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the federal contract period of performance.
• Track federal grant subrecipient compliance including deliverables, and communicate on an ongoing basis with stakeholders, staff, and vendors about contractual issues.
• Perform Risk assessments on federal grant sub-recipient contracts.
• Prepare and complete contract award and contract close-out documents.
• Review the contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and to identify conflicts or changes requiring resolution.

• 5+ years’ experience with IT Contracts and Procurement Regulations
• 5+ years’ experience developing contracts, business administration, accounting principles, and procedures of contract management.
• 5+ years’ experience in evaluating contracts, and interpreting policies, procedures, and regulations.
• 2 + years’ experience in State and Federal Contract Management experience monitoring contracts.
• Must have a college degree, preferably a business administration degree.
• Must be a certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) (minimum 2 years)
• Must have experience performing expenditure reporting, voucher reporting and processing in the Texas CAPPS (Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System).

• 1+ years’ experience in Salesforce
• 3+ years' experience in performing Risk Assessment and Contract Monitoring
