Must Have: - 3+ years' experience working with Windows based desktop / POS in IT
- Strong experience working with ticket resolutions and ticket tracking systems SLAs
- Prior experience working with desktop support tools, LANs / WANs, and POS networking
- Proven hands-on experience in Fiscal, Verifone, Radiant etc
