Role: Helpdesk Support technician

Location: Houston, TX (Fully onsite)

Start date: ASAP, Interviewing Now

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

We are seeking an IT Helpdesk technician to join one of our esteem clients in Houston, TX. This client is based within the legal sector and already has a thriving internal IT support team, and are looking to grow as the rest of their business continues to grow. The successful candidate will join their internal team and will be trained to help support 1st/2nd and 3rd tier support.

The role will be working normal hours, there may also be some overtime available on a when and as need basis. The working hours can also be flexible to suit the successful candidate.

The role will see you working within a mostly Microsoft environment, with some apple machines. Candidates with experience of supporting both windows and OSX is desirable but not essential as this client offers great training.

Resumes will need to have the start and end dates of the past 3 roles, including the specific months. Due to the nature of the role within a legal firm, the successful candidate will also need to pass various background checks.

Candidates will need to have commercial experience supporting most of the following:

  • Windows server 2010 / 2016
  • Outlook or Exchange mail servers
  • OSX
  • iManage
  • Video conferencing software (Teams, Zoom etc)

Any candidates with experience of working in the legal sector will also be highly desirable.
