- An Infrastructure (Infra) service delivery manager is responsible for managing the delivery of IT infrastructure services to an organization's end-users. This includes managing the deployment, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure components such as servers, storage, network devices, and other related technologies that are critical to the organization's operations.
- Some of the key responsibilities of an Infra service delivery manager may include:
- 15 years of Infra and EUC experience in managing complex accounts
- Local to DFW area and ready to work form office 5 days/week
- Managing the delivery of IT services to end-users, including desktop support, software deployment, network connectivity, and other related services.
- Extensive understanding of Filed services, infra services, Asset management, tools like Nexthink, SCCM, ServiceNow
- Ensuring that IT services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and that service levels are met or exceeded.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, IT staff, and vendors.
- Developing and implementing IT service delivery strategies and plans.
- Monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics, such as uptime, response times, and customer satisfaction.
