- Troubleshooting and Manage Windows Servers (2008 R2, 2012, 2016)
- 4-7 years work experience
- Degree in IT related field, A+, Network+, Microsoft or any related certificates
- Experience supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 and MS Office products
- Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
- Experience with network printers
- Experience troubleshooting LAN / WAN
- Experience troubleshooting DNS / DHCP and Windows Login Services.
- Must be proficient in Active Directory,
- Office 365 (Enterprise)
- Experience with Point of Sale
- Ability to lift over 35lbs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding communications skills, a professional and service-oriented user focused demeanor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- MCSE is a must have
- Degree in IT related field, A+, Network+ or any related certificates a plus
