Job Description:
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests with issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and local networks
  • Conduct research into software-related issues
  • Management/Configuration of Desktop/Laptops for users
  • Maintain daily performance and updates for computer systems
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Asset Management
  • User maintenance in Active Directory and Office 365
  • Troubleshooting and Manage Windows Servers (2008 R2, 2012, 2016)

Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years work experience
  • Degree in IT related field, A+, Network+, Microsoft or any related certificates
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 and MS Office products
  • Experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016.
  • Experience with network printers
  • Experience troubleshooting LAN / WAN
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS / DHCP and Windows Login Services.
  • Must be proficient in Active Directory,
  • Office 365 (Enterprise)
  • Experience with Point of Sale
  • Ability to lift over 35lbs
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Outstanding communications skills, a professional and service-oriented user focused demeanor
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • MCSE is a must have

Desired Skills:
  • Degree in IT related field, A+, Network+ or any related certificates a plus
  • BS Degree
  • Robotics support
  • IIS Troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Windows 7, 8, 10 and MS Office products
  • Troubleshooting OS, Exchange, and Office 365 using Windows Powershell
  • Experience with Enterprise Network Switches
