job summary:

PM with 3+ years of experience. Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments across multiple business units. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage Project Scope, Timeline and Budget/Expenses; obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities; oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation;
  • Risk Management and Mitigation Planning; Readiness / Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management;
  • Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied;
  • Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project; Acts as a Program Manager if required on an interim basis; Ability to represent / communicate to senior project stakeholders where required

Required skills:

  • Manage and support large, complex business engagements that identify, design, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills and who can navigate the organization, challenges the status quo to transform the business and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals
  • Ensure alignment of initiative level high and low designs against the agreed architectures and technology strategies
  • Ensure adherence to the architecture governance processes and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Lead, manage and coordinate resources within and across organizations and has matrix management responsibilities
  • Mitigates roadblocks for technical team, including appropriate escalation, as needed
  • Ensure Change Management deliverables like PTO/PTB/PTS are completed
  • Develops implementation plans, coverage schedules, and arranges validation efforts
  • Drive resolution of any post install defects with production support, LOB, and project team
  • Provide support for production, to include problem analysis, resolution assistance, and tracking
  • Complete and track compliance deliverables to ensure applications adhere to applicable policies and standards as well as local laws, rules, and regulations
  • Excellent partner and teammate to peers; can influence and resolve across technology and business domains
  • Ability to learn and adapt. Apply past experiences to new situations

Desired Skills

  • University degree or college diploma in the field of Business or Technology
  • 5-7 years direct work experience in a project leadership capacity
  • Credit Card or Retail Financial domain experience preferred
  • Experienced working in a SAFe Agile environment
  • Basic working knowledge of JIRA
  • Understanding of Change Management practices and principles
  • Technically competent with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, and Visio
