IT Quality AnalystThe IT Quality Analyst job acts as the primary point of responsibility, accountability and activity for the assessment, improvement and governance of quality and ongoing fitness-for-purpose of an organization's critical data assets. While working independently with general supervision, this role evaluates equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems. This job tests the performance of various systems, applications and databases and supports the quality assurance and management staff processes.Key Responsibilities and Duties

Analyzes test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure the quality of information systems, applications and databases delivered.

Maintains the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.

Identifies and makes recommendations regarding critical points of failure while monitoring, tracking and reporting ongoing data quality levels.

Selects testing tools and processes for use in projects and testing.

Presents metrics to demonstrate the impact implemented IT changes have made to the organization.

Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology/process.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SQL DB Queries. Knowledge of Release management process.Base Pay Range: $61,700/yr. - $102,900/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
